Seven layers,
built in front
of you.

Keep scrolling: the lens assembles itself, one layer at a time, in the order it is actually laid down. The prism film sits above the tint — which is why the colour moves when you do.

01

Acetate carrier

Vegan acetate base, cut to the frame's curve.

02

Prism film

The holographic layer. A coating, never a dye.

03

Tint bed

Where the colour you pick in the tint lab lives.

04

Polarised core

Kills glare off screens, water and pavement.

05

UV400 block

Full UV range stopped at 400nm, every tint.

06

Hard coat

Scratch layer, outward face only.

07

Oleophobic seal

Fingerprints wipe instead of smear.

Every lens carries the same prism coating. What changes is the tint bed underneath. Drag, or hit a swatch — the lens recolours on input, computed live, nothing pre-rendered.

Made to be
looked at.

Two things decided every shape in the drop. Neither of them was a boutique spotlight.

Person laughing outdoors in round mirrored sunglasses Shot on location — no studio
01

Built for the feed, not the display case.

Every shape was picked for how it reads in five seconds of vertical video. Bold outlines, high-contrast frames, lenses that catch light instead of hiding from it. If it doesn't stop a scroll, it doesn't make the drop.

02

One coating. Every light.

The film sits above the tint rather than inside it, so the colour shifts with the angle and whatever light is in the room. Same effect you just dragged through in the tint lab — this is it on an actual frame.

01

UV400 protection

Every lens blocks the full UV range whatever tint sits on it. The coating goes above the protection layer, not instead of it.

02

Holographic coating

A prism-thin film that shifts colour with the light hitting it. It is a coating, not a dye — the base lens underneath is identical across every tint.

03

Polarised core

Cuts glare off flat surfaces without flattening the holographic shift sitting on top of it.

04

Vegan acetate

Frame material carries no animal-derived content, across every shape in the drop.

This brand is invented

Kaleido does not exist. It was built as a showcase piece to demonstrate a storefront build style, using real licensed photography of real (unbranded) eyewear. Nothing on this page is for sale and no inbox is wired up.

Concept demo — Kaleido is a fictional brand built to showcase this build style. Not a real client, not a real product, nothing here is for sale.
